Abstract

The increase in vibration loads on the turbo-pump unit (TNA) and the turbo-pump hydraulic unit (TNA) reduces their reliability and service life, which can lead to the destruction of the rotor supports or loss of tightness of the units. The purpose of this work was to increase the reliability of high-speed TNA, TNA by reducing dangerous vibrations acting on the rotor supports of turbines. In the work for performance of studies of applied experimental methods, consisting in the measurement of vibration characteristics of a three-component aggregates piezoaccelerometers. The result of the executed researches it is established that the greatest decrease in congestion in supports the turbopump rotor at 40% is achieved with the elastic ring having the height of the outer and inner protrusions of 0.04+0.01 mm, 3-0 width of 5 mm and the radii of their mates 6 mm. IN TGA with rings elastic modified design of the overload in the supports of the rotor are the same as with the elastic ring of the original design. As a result of reduction of radial backlash of rotors in ?2 times jamming of rotors in operation is excluded.
