Risk management methods during the formation of integrated structure

Abstract

Risk characteristics when creating the integration of scientific and production units of modern industrial enterprises are considered. Methodological tools identification of these risks in the form of probability-expert method evaluation in the process of event planning of scientific and production units merger are suggested in this article.
