Abstract

Suggested that an increase in porosity in the structure of the aluminum alloy AK12D piston during operation predetermined conditions of isothermal forging in its manufacture. Study of the acoustic emission signals and the tensile structure of the samples showed that the primary micro cracks occur at an early stage of deformation. Temperature variations lead to changes in the test signal and the amplitude of the acoustic activity as a whole. Improve the reliability of the piston can be corrected stressstrain state in its manufacture.
