Interval estimation of reliability parameters based on methodology FMEA

Abstract

 In this paper the approach to the estimation of reliability of products based on the FMEA methodology and interval estimates reliability parameters of components is discussed. The characteristics of interval and statistical estimates for different structural schemes connection of components are analyzed. The restrictions on the scope of applicability of proposed approach are described.
