Evaluation of the Surface Material Strength Using the "Scratch-Test" Method

Abstract

 Powered research equivalent stresses arising from the indentation, and the possibility of their application to assess the mechanical properties of the surface using one of the widely practiced method of investigating surface "Scratch-Test". An example of practical realization of the proposed method for of determining the mechanical properties was described.
