Abstract

The paper investigates the possibility of transition from the traditional production of an aviation tubular heat exchanger to production using additive technologies. The results of the calculation of conjugate heat exchange during gas flow in the heat exchanger tubes in the Ansys CFX software package are presented, the design of test samples is developed taking into account the use of additive technologies. The roughness of the inner surface was measured on the produced samples and crimping was carried out to detect leaks. Based on the results of the work carried out, it can be concluded that it is advisable to switch from traditional production to production using additive technologies.
