Computation power and energy parameter destruction in the area of crack front in the shell reactor

Abstract

 It completed a three-dimensional elastic analysis of stress-strain state (SSS) of the reactor and the power and energy parameters for the destruction of an elliptical crack located in a cylindrical shell. It was found that for an elliptical crack power and energy parameters of nonlinear fracture vary along the crack front. Qualitative and quantitative ratios for KIN and J-integral on the crack front, given its size and shape of the front and angle.
