Abstract

In the article are considered questions of purpose of the modes cutting at face turning the disks of the gasturbine aviation engines (GTD), allowing to provide the fixed level RZ, hc, N and residual tension along all processed cloth a disk of the GTD. Primary parameter of the modes cutting allowing to receive the called qualities of processing of a surface disk is offered to use temperature in a metal cutting zone, which has to be optimum and stable. The method of measurement of temperature in a cutting zone, useful for industrial application is offered. The concept of the heated body is introduced. The hypothesis of a method determination of mass heated body is made, experiment on check of a hypothesis is conduct. Stabilization of temperature in the cutting zone is offered to realized the automatic control system, constructed using the offered method of measurement of temperature in a metal cutting zone.
