Abstract

In this article the approach to ranging of alternative variants of requirements formation at different stages of the project is considered. The offered approach is based on processes representation of requirements formation in the form of consecutive components. Each components is associated with the own law of performance time distribution that allows to form the numerical integral characteristic of processes in the form of Shennon entropy value.
