Abstract

The research considered the principle of operation of minimally invasive glucometers, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies used in them. A prototype potentiostat operating on a 10-bit ADC was manufactured using the method of electrochemical analysis of a blood sample. Obtained results of testing the prototype to determine the blood glucose level. During the experimental study, the results of the trial electrochemical analysis of blood samples were obtained. These results allow us to evaluate the work efficiency of the developed prototype potentiostat and its potential applicability for estimation of blood glucose level.
