The paper presents the results of a study on the physical-mechanical and thermophysical properties of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) melts. The samples were obtained by grinding the melts followed by molding via injection molding. The material characteristics were determined using differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis, as well as physical-mechanical tests including tensile testing, impact strength, and water absorption measurements.
