Abstract
To date, hydrogenation processes play a key role among secondary oil refining technologies. This process produces diesel fuel that has been purified of harmful sulfur compounds. Important indicators here are the depth of desulfurization and the amount of resources used. The paper proposes a process flow diagram for the feed preparation unit of a diesel fuel hydrotreating plant. The idea of using oxidative desulfurization to reduce the proportion of sulfur compounds in the feed and obtain sulfolane is put forward. A technological model of the designed plant has been implemented and simulated in the Aspen HYSYS software, and a process flow diagram has been developed based on it. Technical and economic indicators have been calculated, which predict that the construction of the proposed unit will pay out in 11 months.
