Use of methods of the decision return problems of heat conductivity for the control of durability of coupling plasma covering with the substrate

Possibility of indirect identification of durability of coupling of a covering with a substrate on change of temperature of a covered surface is investigated. Considering complexity of placing of temperature-sensitive elements in this zone without distortion of real temperature fields, dependence of temperature of a covered surface on time was established from the decision of a nonlinear return problem of non-stationary heat conductivity c by use of the data of thermal conditions on a back (not covered) surface of a substrate. Verification of a method and experimental researches have revealed an acceptability of such identification.Downloads
