Abstract

Results theoretical and experimental researches of influence of temperature and parameters of highfrequency fluctuations of the cutting tool on thermodynamic criterion of form resistance cutting tool are presented at its wear process. It is shown that the minimum of intensity of wear process of the tool coincides with an extremum of resonant amplitude Ar of vibration of the cutting tool and speaks nonmonotonic change of form resistance criterion at cutting rise in temperature.
