The approach to development of automated control system of the enterprise on the basis of Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

The concept of management of the enterprise on the basis of Balanced Scorecard is considered. It is offered to use the combined approach to development of Balanced Scorecard. The structure of Balanced Scorecard is developed for a level of the enterprise and a level of production taking into account the program and project management. The mathematical model of performance evaluation of the activity of an enterprise on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard is offered.
