The concept on management of the intellectual capital in the information-capacious organisations, different is offered to that it is based on construction of the ontologic knowledge base of informationintellectual resources for the decision of problems of support of decision-making and management of interaction at performance of projects for non-material services. The method of structurization of informationintellectual resources of the organisation in the ontologic knowledge base, different Is offered to that it is based on construction of set interconnected cognitive models of a special kind (confinement-models), a combination of methods of the system analysis and synthesis, a conclusion on analogies and revealings of system triads, and also use of special procedure of brain storm for maintenance of effective interaction of analysts and experts.
