Fuzzy expert system for determining parameters of model of electronic banking payment process

Abstract

Fuzzy expert system for determination of bank electronic payment process model parameters is proposed. The metrics that are used to evaluate the correctness of human operator actions are described. Constructed expert system is used for   operational risk calculating and management.
