Thermodynamic description of synchronism of mechanical and thermal processes in unsteady metal cutting

Abstract

Results of theoretical and experimental research of interrelation and interference of mechanical and thermal effects in unsteady cutting difficult-to-cut materials are considered, optimization methods of edge cutting machining by thermodynamic conditions of cutting tool wear are proposed.
