Researches of dissipative properties of multilayered corrugated covers of flexible metal pipelines of compensators

Abstract

Results of experimental definition of dissipative properties one and multilayered corrugated mantles of flexible metal lines and bellows-sealed compensator bars of pipeline systems DLA and LA are given. Pilot studies are conducted on 200 samples one, two, three and fourlayer corrugated mantles, dependences of decrements of fluctuations on amplitude of fluctuations in the resonance field, quantities of layers of a mantle, sizes of an internal pressure in a mantle are received. By processing of tests results dependences for calculation of decrements of axial and lateral vibrations of corrugated mantles are received. Similar tests for the purpose of decrements definition of fluctuations are carried out with corrugated mantles filled with liquids, tests were carried out with five types of liquids: water, kerosene CU-1, transformer oil, engine oil, glycerin.
