Estimation of quality of dissertational works on the basis of expert estimations

Abstract

In given article the system of an estimation of quality of the theses for a doctor's degree, constructed in a class of hierarchical systems on the basis of formation of expert estimations is offered. The integrated estimation of quality is constructed on the basis of formation of a considerable quantity of gradation which characterise such system indicators, as scientific and practical value, and also the social and economic and political importance of the received results. The offered system is opened and can adapt for various fields of knowledge.
