Abstract

The analysis of modern electronic equipment production state and the place of software checking and diagnostics during this process is given in the article. The conception of realization of software checking and diagnostics in electronic equipment production and regenerative tracking process is proposed. The tasks of the development of software checking and diagnostics for electronic equipment quality and functionality increasing are formulated.
