About some strategies of the programming of tool route by developing of control programs for thermal cutting machines

Abstract

In article the algorithm of programming of the control programs for thermal cutting machines is offered. Unlike traditional approaches the algorithm is based on entered concepts of "rigidity of parts» and «rigidity of sheet» and is directed on minimization of thermal deformations of a material at thermal cutting. Efficiency of the decision of problem of the tool route developing is researched for real working conditions with the various optimization criteria.
