The automated system technological preparation of economical manufacture in mechanical engineering

Abstract

In this article the problem of creating ASTPP (automated system of technological preparation of lean production) is considered. The functional model ASTPP is given. The objectives of design equipmentsaving manufacturing process, workshops arrangement and layout of machinery are regarded. For automation  solving these tasks methods of mathematical modeling and optimizing design and technological solutions through the use of artificial intelligence in the form of artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms are proposed.
