Abstract

Mathematical modeling problem of one of the effective plastic metal forming technology – multipass cold forging is posed. The results of the experimental research of metal plastic behavior during complex and also cyclic loading with large deformations in the cycle are given. On the basis of the experimental results plasticity model is formulated and it’s working capacity in validation and technological advancement of the piece “nut” with CAE technology application are shown.
