Comparative analysis of the methods of averaging while processing the parameters of irregular air flow at the gas turbine engine input

Abstract

On the basis of the developed algorithms and the programs for averaging the parameters of the irregular air and gas flows with the help of different methods there has been made the calculated analysis of the irregular flows at the gas turbine engine input which differ in the velocity value. It has been shown to what degree in the process of the actual irregular airflow averaging at the gas turbine engine input according to this or that method there happens the distortion of some integral characteristics of the average air flow and the average values of static pressure and the braking temperature. There has been found wellgrounded method of averaging.
