System approach to the analysis of quality of teaching on the basis of expert estimations

Abstract

In given article the system approach to an estimation of potential of the teacher in the form of rating calculation under five backbone factors considering level of pedagogical experience, lecturing skill, practical abilities is offered, to methodical and research and development activity of the teacher. On the basis of the offered concept possibility of the comparative analysis both personnel potential of separately taken chairs, and quality of teaching on separate specialities during all period of training is shown.
