Criterion synthesis of spectral characteristics of signals for nonstationary secondary communication channel

Abstract

Secondary nonstationary compaction for onechannel telecommunication system on basis of generalized Fourier series expansion with nonstationary orthonormal basis is considered in this article. The equations allow to get optimal nonstationary secondary channel chacharacteristic on conditions that impact of secondary channel signal to basic channel signal is restricted. Results can be used for additional channels construction in present or projecting telecommunication networks with nonstationary signals and its information capacity increasing, thus.
