Abstract

Analyze for the change of state of the cutting tool with a glance to the technological heredity was performed. An evolutional model for cutting tool wear and a control system for the energy state of the cutting zone are proposed. The latter let us support the preset level of the tool wear rate by means of object-oriented variations of mechanical and thermal parts of the energy balance equation.
