Abstract

The article reviews the various technologies that significantly improve the efficiency of the grid calculations (including those in the field of computational chemistry). The features of application virtualization technologies of grid resources and grid services, ways of working with large “pools” of independent grid tasks on uniform "arrays" of data or parameters, the implementation of the Grid environment versions of software packages with support for CUDA. The prospects of these technologies for grid computing are formulated.
