Abstract

This paper discusses the role, place and purpose of knowledge management tools for corporations. Particular attention is given to the use of these tools in the scope of the development and implementation of the corporate strategy. The article is based on the author's experience of 4 years work in a team of associates in the corporation JSC "UIC" OBORONPROM ".This article is intended for senior managers, heads of strategic development departments and corporate universities.
