Abstract

The concept of intelligent monitoring of material properties and residual resource adjusting of turbine blades during gas turbine operation on CALS technology is proposed. The monitoring of the heat-stressed state parameters of blades in the most stressed sections, taking into account the structural changes, phase and strength characteristics of the blades material during operation is carried out. Some possible correction models are considered using the intelligent tools of residual resource of turbine engines according to the degradation degree of structural, phase and strength characteristics of the material of turbine rotor blades.
