Experience of industrial exploitation of the working turbine blades HPT in structure of import of gas pumping units after last reconditioning

Abstract

 The post-operational condition of working turbine blades of HPT of import gas-distributing units is considered. It is established that as a result of an operating time of turbine blades on the unit in structure of the main metal and sheetings there are signs of loss of working capacity. The technology of recovery repair of the turbine blades, including stages of restoration of structure of a nickel alloy and a geometrical profile of turbine blades, and also drawings sheetings instead of the damaged is offered. Results of research of shovels after carrying out their repair and the subsequent operation are presented. It is shown that the developed technology provides operability of turbine blades during the set resource.
