Design of details of vehicles on standard bench durability

Abstract

The short analysis of methods of development of bearing details and units of vehicles, ensuring their operational reliability at design is carried out. Theoretical bases of design of details and car knots with use of fatigue characteristics of materials of the details and standard bench durability corresponding to the set operational resource of the vehicle are given. Application of the offered technique in practice is shown on the example of design of a case of the forward bridge of the all-wheel drive car.
