Research of processing of an radial hole edge at honing

Abstract

 Simulation of honing is developed and conditions of formation of agnails on edges of crossing of a radial hole with a honing surface are investigated at processing. Possibility of prevention of formation of an agnail on an edge of crossing by means of giving of a track of diamonds is studied at change of a direction of axial movement hon of the configuration coinciding with the form of the hole edge.
