Relationship institutions and industrial structure of industrial companies in developing innovation

Abstract

This paper is dedicated to examination of mechanism of interaction between organizational pattern of management and industrial structure of industrial organization while implementing innovations. Application of tool of expert judgments and structural representation of management’s organizational pattern and organization’s industrial structure are the mechanism’s basis. The mechanism’s use allows recognizing specific components of management’s structure which are most subjected to impact of innovations inculcation. Furthermore, the developed mechanism allows to preventively reveal the composition of the actions of respective division when inculcating innovations.
