Abstract

The article examines the influence of changes in structure of the centrifugal compressor composite blade caused by technological deviations in the ply stacking angles, as well as by violation of ply stacking sequence at the manufacturing stage, on its stress state and deformation behavior. The results of modeling allow to determine the limits of the acceptable technological deviations of composite blade structure in comparison with the calculated one, which provides deviations influence on the blade stress-strain state within acceptable limits.
