The processing of spatial information in a distributed GIS of utilities companies in industrial region

Abstract

In this article the problem of the organization of spatial information processing in a distributed geographic information system utilities companies. As an approach to solving the problem, a method of forming a distributed spatial database, based on a formal analysis of the structures of spatial databases included in the geographic information system of utilities companies that identify common for multiple spatial databases to provide information and process it.
