Abstract

The problems of cleaning efficiency of gas streams from the liquid components in vortex tubes are considered. The description of main constructive parameters of the vortex system and hydrodynamic flow parameters affecting the efficiency of separation of gas-liquid flow is presented. The results of numerical simulation of gas-liquid flow phase separation process in a vortex tube with a separation unit are presented.
