Abstract

The modeling of the process of loading of structural elements made of pure stress concentrators and nanostructured titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V. The formation of residual stresses in the example considered homogeneous plates with a hole at a uniaxial stretching and subsequent unloading as well as plates having a nanostructured layer around the hole. The influence of layer thickness on the distribution of the tensile stress field and the amount of residual stress. The features of the formation of residual stresses in the plates, made of an alloy of Ti-6Al-4V and plates nanostructured layer, depending on the tensile stress.
