Abstract

Services of complains control and the personnel are responsible in increasing of devotion and loyalty of staff of financial institutions. It is well-known that the human factor exactly is the weakest link in ensuring complex safety of bank. For the solution of this problem the author suggests to rely on social and psychological  features of development and functioning of groups of a high level of development. The concrete and  practically approved methods of social and psychological management in small groups, helps its development and changes the relationship between members of group increasing their responsibility and honesty.
