The diagnosis and monitoring of defects in rolling bearings machine tool spindles on the basis of the analysis of the vibration signal recorded on the body of the spindle unit. The methods of detecting various defects on the basis of spectral signal processing, building envelope analysis of the trajectories of the vibrational motion. Shows the evolution of diagnostic parameters of the state supports the spindle turning center for 8 months of operation.
