Abstract

 The model establishes the quantitative relationship between the thermoelectric power of natural thermocouple-cutter detail, temperature value and unit loads in the cutting zone. The calculated data of temperature and thermal electromotive force along the front and back surfaces of the instrument. A model of thermo-electrocontact interaction of materials parts and tools to predict the optimum temperature of contact, provide the best surface quality of machined part.
