Abstract

The paper deals with the construction of precision machining for multi-operational machine with the geometric, kinematic and dynamic factors. The basis of the mathematical model on the method of coordinate systems is deformed bonds; drawn graph ties coordinate systems, which are the vertices of the coordinate system, built on the primary and secondary surfaces of the machine, the ribs - the matrix of transition from one system to another. In the development of these ideas is made and investigated scheme fluctuations headstock. With the help of mathematical models for solving optimization problems may increase accuracy.
