Abstract

In the paper results of study of a diamond deep grinding of a spiral lead of the monolithic carbide material cutting tools with use of solid-state simulation of the endcutting tool in "Solid Works" and calculation of a sample piece by a finite element method in "Ansys" was show. The technique of definition of temperatures distribution and the maximum temperatures in a cutting zone was developed. The obtain data could form the fundamentals for working out of new techniques of definition of optimum cutting conditions, and also for creation recommendations about a diamond deep grinding of the monolithic carbide material cutting tools.
