Mathematical modeling of magnetron dispersion process

Results of pilot studies on receiving mathematical model of speed of process of magnetron dispersion on the basis of which the way of increase of intensity of process due to optimization of pressure of gas in the vacuum camera on dispersion speed is offered are presented.
