Abstract

Comparative analysis of the data estimated thermal stress state of the blades of two structures of the nozzle unit of the centripetal gas turbine APU: 1) of monolithic design , and 2) design with blades attached to the walls of the enclosure only one of the ends. Found that in the monolithic design on stationary modes of operation of the turbine , and the transition , for real values of the circumferential temperature non-uniformity in the combustion chamber , the appearance of alternating high thermal stresses in the blades , substantially reducing their operational life is inevitable.
