Abstract

About 70 % of Russia's natural gas is pumped by means of gas-pumping units (GPU) with a power drive as aircraft gas turbine engines. The main types of SBS having an average operating time of over 60,000 hours. Are GPAC-16, GPA-C-18, which are operated since 1983. With increasing operating time increases time spent GPU repair and reduced turnaround time. One of the little-known causes of deterioration and failure is a breach in the operation of centering transmission GPU (rampart connection silo-wai-turbine supercharger), which leads to an increase in GPU vibration and wear. A database of indicators of the technical state of turbine units 227 compressor turbine units eight mill-tions Nadymsky region of "Tyumentransgaz", allowing to predict the state of GPU and prevent occurrence of failures in the operation, as well as rationally plan the oche-anterior repair.
