Automated technological apparatus for helicopter parts hardcoat anodisation with diagnostics of the coating thickness

Abstract

An automated technological apparatus for helicop-ter parts hardcoat anodisation has been proposed. The paper presents construction and software of the appa-ratus having computer control and estimation of the coat-ing thickness based on a diagnostic model operating with observable electric characteristics. A sample version of the apparatus works in galvanic workshop of JSC “KumAPE” in conditions of mass production.
