Problems and perspectives of manufacturing precision compressor blades

Abstract

The problems of manufacturing blades with high precision profile geometry are considered in the article. Existing processes of making precision blades are ana-lyzed. Based systems that are used in the manufacturing process of the blades are illustrated. Their advantages and disadvantages are marked. Offered the option to install the blade pre-form, the main advantage is the ease of da-tabase forms. The special attention to the difficulties of control geometric parameters pen blades is paid. Repre-sented developed technology that excluded the use of mechanical processing methods pen blades. Based on this analysis, it is argued that the application of the proposed process of manufacturing precision compressor blades en-sures receipt of the items that meet the requirements of the drawing.
