Abstract

 Mathematical modeling of superplastic forming of three sheet stack during production of a flat shape multilayered sandwich structure was performed in FEM-code ABAQUS.The built-in the program optimization module has allowed to get a dependency between working pressure and time by using which  during forming panel material has deformed at  given by user and constant strain rate.Analysis of stress and strain state conditions has revealed peculiarities of superplastic flow proceeding in three main stages.
